Basically, you get a 14-megapixel APS-C format sensor in an all-metal body that's 24.2mm thick, continous shooting at 7 frames per second and full HD movies with live autofocus.
The shutter action is very good and the overall build quality is superb, being used to DSLR's, the quality of images is very good, with the facility to save raw images as well as jpegs. Movies can be saved as MP4's or AVCHD files, with the AVCHD being full 1080 Hi Df and i think the MP4's are 720.
